Program Description

NEXA Lending offers an SMS text messaging program to keep you informed about your mortgage inquiry and loan process. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from NEXA Lending at the number provided.

Types of Messages

Messages may include:

  • Responses to your inquiry and appointment or call scheduling
  • Application, pre-approval and loan status updates
  • Document requests and reminders
  • Rate information you have asked for
  • Customer support and service-related notifications

Message frequency may vary depending on your inquiry and where you are in the loan process.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message we send. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, submit one of our forms with your consent or text us to restart.
